Upon receipt we will send you an engagement letter setting out what we will be do for you, confirming our fixed fee and terms of our engagement and other search fees that you will have to pay.
We will then attend to all steps to complete your sale or purchase of your property.
During the conveyancing Newcastle process we will keep you informed by email, or if not on email by mail, of the progression of your matter.
Should during the course of the transaction a matter requiring legal advice occur as solicitors we will advise you of the situation and what you need to do about it.
Our letter of engagement
Upon receipt of your instructions regarding your conveyance we will send you a letter of engagement setting out all of your costs and obligations to us as well as our obligations to you.
Upon receipt of your acceptance of our letter of engagement we will commence the transaction.
What about payment
You will not be under any financial obligation to pay your conveyancing NSW fee until completion of the sale or purchase but we will need cheques made payable to the appropriate authorities for search fees and stamp duty. We will advise you of what cheques we need as the matter proceeds.
What if I change my mind after I accept your letter of engagement?
Our letter of engagement will give you details of a small cancellation fee we will charge if you cancel well as what you legal liability to the other party is if you cancel.
